Celebrating a client win

Case Study 01 · DTC E-commerce

Devon turned a paid-ad plateau into $71K months

The challenge. Devon's skincare brand was profitable but stuck at around $30K a month. Almost every sale came from paid ads, there was no real reason for customers to come back, and rising ad costs were quietly eating the margin. Growth had flatlined and felt completely outside her control.

The approach. We rebuilt the offer around a subscription and a starter bundle, then installed an email and SMS flow designed to earn the second and third purchase. On top of that, we set a simple weekly metrics cadence so Devon could see what was working in days instead of guessing for months.

The results. Within one quarter, revenue climbed from $30K to $71K a month. Repeat-purchase rate more than doubled, from 18% to 41%, and blended acquisition cost dropped 32% as owned channels picked up the load. For the first time, growth came from systems she actually owned.

Case Study 02 · B2B SaaS

Sarah went from $8K to $42K MRR in six months

The challenge. Sarah had a product people genuinely wanted, but sales happened by gut feel. Deals stalled for weeks, follow-up was inconsistent, and she quietly dreaded every sales call. At $8K MRR the business was alive, but nowhere near predictable.

The approach. We built a five-stage sales process with a discovery script she could actually run, then put a lightweight CRM cadence behind it so no deal slipped through the cracks. Every week we reviewed live pipeline together and fixed the specific stage that was leaking.

The results. In six months MRR grew from $8K to $42K. The average sales cycle dropped from 71 days to 34, and her close rate climbed from 9% to 24%. Most importantly, Sarah stopped dreading sales — because she finally trusted the process behind it.

Case Study 03 · Service Agency

Priya grew revenue 60% while working less

The challenge. Priya's creative agency was booked solid, which sounded great until you looked closer. Every project was custom, pricing was negotiated from scratch each time, and she was personally in every meeting. There was no leverage — and no safe way to hire.

The approach. We productized her three core services into fixed-scope, fixed-price packages, then built a tiered pricing ladder so clients could self-select. With predictable delivery in place, we wrote scorecards and sequenced her first two senior hires so each one paid for itself before the next.

The results. Over five months, revenue rose 60% while Priya cut her own hours by fifteen a week. Gross margin improved from 48% to 61%, and for the first time the agency ran client work without her in every room. She built a business instead of a very demanding job.

In their own words

Marcus didn't hand me a framework and disappear. He sat in my numbers with me every single week until the growth was actually repeatable. That's the difference.

I went from dreading sales calls to running a process I actually trust. The revenue followed — but the confidence came first.
Sarah LinFounder & CEO, Tidemark — Denver, CO
I finally have a business that runs without me in every meeting. That's a kind of freedom I didn't think was possible this year.
