From the sales floor to your corner
I spent eight years at two SaaS companies, most of it carrying a quota. By 30 I was VP of Sales, and I took one of those companies from $2M to $18M ARR — building the playbooks, hiring the team, and learning what actually drives revenue when the pressure is real.
Then I burned out. Hard. Somewhere in the recovery I started taking calls with founder friends who were stuck, and I noticed something: I was better at helping them figure this out than I'd ever been at doing it myself. The patterns were the same every time, and most of them were fixable in weeks, not years.
So I left. Six years and 200+ founders later, Clarity Growth Co. is the whole job now — not a side project. I'm one person who has actually built the thing you're trying to build, sitting in your numbers with you until the growth is real.

When I'm not on a coaching call
You'll usually find me trail running somewhere in the Hill Country before sunrise, or making questionable BBQ decisions with a smoker that's smarter than I am. I work with a small number of founders at a time on purpose — so the people I do take on get a coach who's rested, present, and genuinely in their corner.
