Our story
A boutique agency, on purpose
Three agents, deep local roots, and a belief that the best real estate happens one relationship at a time.
Real estate should feel personal
Jessica Torres founded Meridian Realty Group in 2012 with a simple idea: real estate should feel personal, not transactional. After ten years at a high-volume brokerage, she was tired of clients being treated like file numbers — rushed through the biggest financial decision of their lives by agents juggling forty deals at once.
Meridian was built to work the other way. We keep our roster small on purpose. Every client works directly with a named agent from the first showing to closing day, backed by a team that knows Denver intimately and answers the phone when you call.

Jessica Torres
Founder & Lead Agent
Jessica founded Meridian in 2012 after a decade in Denver real estate and a growing frustration with the high-volume, low-touch model. She has personally closed more than $85M in sales and keeps a deliberately small roster so every client gets her full attention. A Denver native, she lives in Wash Park with her family and two very opinionated dogs.

David Kim
Buyer's Agent
David is the agent you want in your corner when you're buying. Patient, numbers-driven, and unflappable in negotiation, he has helped dozens of first-time buyers navigate Denver's competitive market without overpaying or overreaching. Before real estate he spent five years in commercial lending, so he reads a deal — and an inspection report — like few agents can.

Rachel Montoya
Agent
Rachel knows Denver's condo and new-build market cold, from downtown high-rises to the townhome developments reshaping the Highlands and RiNo. Clients love her responsiveness and her honest read on which buildings hold their value. She came to Meridian from a downtown developer's sales team and brings an insider's eye for floor plans, HOAs, and builder incentives.

Where we work
Neighborhoods we know cold
We don't claim to cover the whole metro. We go deep in the places we know best.
Five Points
Denver's historic jazz district, now one of the city's most dynamic neighborhoods, where restored Victorians sit alongside new infill near the Welton Street corridor.
Washington Park
Stately homes around Denver's most beloved park, prized for tree-lined streets, classic Denver Squares, and a tight, rarely-listed inventory.
Capitol Hill
Grand early-1900s architecture and walkable energy, with everything from historic mansions to character-rich condos within reach of downtown.
Highlands (LoHi)
The center of Denver's modern-infill boom, where rooftop-deck townhomes and walkable restaurant rows draw buyers who want downtown views without downtown density.
Sloan's Lake
A lakeside west-Denver favorite transformed over the last decade, balancing mid-century bungalows with sleek new builds and the city's largest lake.
Cherry Creek
Denver's address for upscale living, pairing luxury condos and tucked-away single-family homes with the boutiques and galleries of Cherry Creek North.
